Title: Sync All Folders

Hi,

Is there a quick way to select all folders and subfolders to Sync?
I have hundreds of folders and none except for the defaults show up (inbox, sent , deleted etc).
I can go into options and select individual folders to sync and then they show up but I will be here for hours if I have to do this for everyone.
Don't recall having to do this with the first account I setup years ago.

of course just after i post i remembered what i had to do last time. I had to get it to show the 'other folders' option and then open the ones I wanted. Would be great if it could just download the first 50 messages for every folder and show the view collapsed for all folders though.
