Title: Question. How do I remove the "full screen" icon from the bottom toolbar?

Hello. Loving AqualMail!

My question is how do I remove the full screen icon from the bottom bar when viewing an email.
The one in the screenshot attached to this message.

I've tried Settings > Message View > Customize the buttons, but it isn't listed there.

Which phone (manufacturer, model)?
Which Android version?
Which AquaMail version?
