Title: how can I get / download the previously bought "pro version" for my new phone ??

My old smartphone is deleted so I don't have the pro installation file anymore...

Did you purchase it from the Play Store? If so, you can get it again without having to pay again by simply downloading it. Of course you must use the same username and credentials you used when you purchased it. Otherwise you'll have to email AM support including all relevant information from  when you purchased it.
