I had this issue before and solved it. Unfortunately I got a new phone and it is back and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I read this thread https://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=4956.0 (https://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=4956.0) and it all makes sense but I go to replace the login email address to firstname.lastname@company.com and the email address is greyed out. I cannot make the change. What can I do to fix this?
It is an Office 365 Exchange account.

Re: firstname.lastname@company.com and the email address is greyed out
Must be an Office 365 account and we got the email address from Office 365.
I suppose it's set by your company's IT Department - and if people are emailing you using a different address, you can ask IT to change your primary email address to that one (the one into which others send you emails).
Or - unless your account requires two factor auth - you can remove the account from the app and add it as "Exchange" account type (not Office 365) and then you'll be able to edit "your email".

My IT company just enabled 2FA for O365. Now, I keep on including myself when I reply to all. My default send in O365, is first.last and that is what it shows when I act send a message to someone through Aquamail. But my actual account in O365 is fml@ (initials first middle last). Do I have any options? Thx.

When using Office 365 2FA / OAUTH - we get "your" email from Office 365.
Please ask your IT people to assign proper "primary address" for your user record, then long press on the account -> account setup -> next and it should update.
