Title: Emails gone from server

Apologies if this has been asked...didn't see it.  When I open an email on my phone and read it, not deleting it, it still doesn't show up on my email server on my home computer.  Is there a setting to prevent that?

Thanks for any insight.  The emamil account is a comcast account.
