Title: Notifications Vibrate Since Oreo Update, Galaxy S7

Notifications have changed since my S7 updated to Oreo - Android 8.0.0.

The mail notification appears, and the LED still works.

However, the notification now vibrates, even though Message notifications / Vibration is unchecked.

I changed the vibration pattern, to the first one after Default.

Now there is no bogus vibration.  (And the badge count came back.)
