Samsung S7 Edge, Android 8.0.0, Pro AquaMail. Since I upgraded to 1.16.0.1193 yesterday, although the usual folder counts for all folders show up as always in Folder list, so for example 4 / 28 in the inbox. if I tap on the three horizontal lines to the left of the account name in message list view and the screen slides out from the left, it only shows new items, so in Inbox it shows 4, not the total as it used to.
Which setting do I change to bring it back to the way it was?
Thanks
Nigel.

Yes we changed the default to only show "unread" counts.
You can get back the "total" counts in app settings -> account list -> show "total" folder counts.

Thanks Kostya, I have that set up in accounts list and it's working fine. What isn't as it used to be is the screen that comes out from the left hand side when I tap the three horizontal lines, that just shows new mails in the folders, it doesn't show the total as well. As I said originally, it's a minor issue, but it's still irritating me. If it is no longer configurable to the way I want it, that's fine, but I spent hours scrolling through every option in settings to see how I could revert to the original display format.

Yes, I agree, would love to see total count in sidebar, too.

+1
(even if it's a question of 'sufficient space')
