Hi,
Is there an option for AquaMail NOT to notify me about email's from myself (I've set to BCC own address when composing new email)? I noticed there was a feature request for this option a few years back and I'm wondering if it's been implemented.
Thanks

I guess, you are using a pop account. And bcc is a makeshift to have a workaround for missing features of pop method.
If you switch to IMAP, then bcc will not be needed anymore, you will find your sent messages in sent folder. On every device.
Btw: I know this was not your question. But it's what I am thinking about your problem. ;)

Actually, I do use IMAP, but I've got some problems with my mailbox provider - sometimes sent mails don't get saved in the sent folder on the server for some reason - and using bcc seems safer to me. So, I'd really prefer to keep BCCing myself, but not being notified of that (ideally, having such mails being marked as read automatically). Thanks for the input, though :)

There is a workaround to silence notifications for messages coming from your account. This needs to record (or find) a "silence" record (record yourself without speaking), then assign this "sound" to priority notifications, then add yourself as the only one in priority list.
Tested, it works.
Nice workaround but still shows a notification in the top bar. Anyway, thanks for the help. I'll try to fix saving sent messages in "sent" folder and if this doesn't work will have to stick to k-9 and its ugly interface...
