Title: Larger email area

When reading an email there is a large bar at the top of the email, with icon, and subject. Id love to see this scroll with the email so that its not in the way when I want to view my email.
The bar takes up a lot of screen space.

Menu > View > Enable full screen.

That should do and you can switch mails by swiping the header on one or other direction.
