Title: no notification sound

device: Samsung J730F
OS: Android 7.0

i really tried all settings but i dont get any notification sound  :-\

hope someone has a hint for me.

NO *sound* specifically?

Or no notifications at all?

Things to check:

- Phone Settings - make sure it's not in silent mode and volume not set to minimal

- Phone Settings -> apps -> tap into Aqua Mail -> on some phones there is a setting to allow (or deny) notification sounds, per app

- Aqua Mail settings -> message notifications -> choose a sound again

- Aqua Mail settings -> nights and weekends, make sure it's not in silent mode

Optional per-account notification settings overrides:

- Long press on your account on the app's main screen -> Special settings -> Message notifications -> if you have an override here, be sure to pick a sound, or turn off the override completely so the account uses the app's notification settings.
