Good afternoon,
I was wondering if I could modify the list of menu items that are available when you click the three dots on the bottom right of an email in order to either move to delete it, reply, reply to all, etc...
There are currently just too many options and I would like to so that I would only have the ones that I use most frequently available.
Haven't been able to find that behavior if it is possible
Thanks in advance

Tap the main menu (3 dots upper right) > Settings > Message view > Customize the buttons > check the ones you want, uncheck the ones you don't.
-
Thanks i found that now, but that does not seem to change anything weather I have them checked or unchecked, list stays the same, am i again missing something??

As you can see from the attached images, I have checked only the ones that I want to show in the menus however others such as "forward as anonymous" still appear
How do I get the selections to take effect??

Hmmm... try exiting all the way out of AM. If that doesn't work, restart the phone. If that doesn't work, wait for Kostya to offer up a suggestion. When I enable/disable any of those options it takes place immediately.

Great minds think alike, and I tried completely exiting, and restarting the phone, to no avail so absolutely I definitely appreciate your forwarding me in the right direction but for some reason the selections are not take effect.
I unfortunately and the unlucky one... Looking forward to Kostya's analysis.

The setting mentioned above is only for *icons* in message view.
It has no effect on menus - other than some items (which are not icons by default) possibly moving out of the menu and into the icon bar.
So no there isn't a way to do this - not directly.
That being said, you're not the only one unhappy about long menus - our PM / biz people think that too, but not sure which ones to remove yet.
Personally I think we could move some of the less frequent ones ("reply as new", "forward (anonymous)" and the like) into a new sub-menu that would only take one top-level slot.
Opinions?

Thanks for the clarification, Kostya.

Yes thank you for the clarification now I guess I understand why I was not having any effect on the menu items.
Good to hear I am not the only one that thinks that the menu items are too numerous frankly I have been using the program for business and approximately 50 to 75 emails per day for about six months now and I love it, except for the too many menu items seem to be unnecessary. I have never needed to use reply as new, replied clean, forward anonymous forward to starred and mark with star is redundant because you can just click on the star up above.
Thanks for your consideration I have attached an image of what I would like to see the menu items limited to.

In the alternative do you think would be possible to have an additional icon available in the icon bar so that I would never have to click on the three button menu list. Ideally the icons that I would like to have available are:
Delete
Reply
Reply all
Forward
Move to Folder
Delete permanently
Right now I don't think Delete Permanently is available as an icon, and not sure how many icons there is room for
Thanks

Delete and reply are always made visible as icons (and not even listed in the "customize" setting).
Forward can be turned on and off same with move to folder.
If you find yourself using "delete permanently" more than other delete methods - you could try setting that (delete permanently) as the account's default in account's options and folders -> account options (please long press on the account on the app's mains screen to see that).
