A bug in the Priority Allocation in conjunction with a second mail program (Thunderbird):
1.) send a mail from Thunderbird with not in AM prioritized sender = normal notification sound (ok)
2.) delete the mail in Thunderbird and wait until the mail in AM also disappears.
3.) send a mail from Thunderbird with a prioritized sender = prioritized notification tone (ok)
4.) delete the mail and TB and wait until it disappears into AM.
5.) send an email from TB with a non-prioritized sender = prioritized notification tone (NOT OK)
Other non-prorized emails are now signaled with the prioritized notification tone until you enter AM.
Mail notification setting is:
Only report to new messages
Only with changes
Sound only once

That may of course be so, but it would then IMHO useless, since the priority mail is no longer there, because it is deleted in TB.
Maybe discusis worthy?

Could be a bug.
When you delete the priority message from the server (using TB) - does the account / folder end up with zero (0) unread messages?

Re: Priority sound will notify user until he enters AquaMail.
Or until you swipe a notification away.

Yes, Icon and Widget shows zero new mails after deleting the priority mail with TB in Step 4.) and when i open AM, there are also zero news mails.

If so, then AM should NOT notify about a message from a non-prioritized sender with a priority notification tone.

Yes, correct. I'll file a bug.
