Title: Problems with saving attachements on SD-Card

Hello!

I use Aqua-Mail for multiple IMAP accounts, all hosted by the same provider.
With 2 accounts I have problems with saving to the SD card. I can't reply to mails in these two accounts either.
The error does not occur for any other accounts.
Even deleting the accounts and setting it up new did not eliminate the error.
What could be the reason?

You must have set the app to try to save attachments on the microSd - which is not supported.

Since it only happens with some accounts, and even after re-creating them - please check app settings -> data storage -> select the "Download" folder in internal memory (it's show on that screen as "<sd>/Download", the "<sd>" is misleading, sorry about that).
