Title: Showing Folders in Two-panel UI mode

In two-panel UI mode, after clicking on an account to view messages in it, the pop-out side menu that is available in single panel UI mode can no longer be accessed. The triple line icon next to the account name along the top of the app that typically expands a side menu that enables you to Manage folders and select other folders in the account does not appear to be accessible in two-panel UI model. I haven't found another pane that enables you to select or manage other folders in two-panel UI mode. Am I missing something?

In two panel mode the account / folder names (in the title bar, top left) is clickable and shows a drop-down menu that has same content as the nav drawer in single panel.
