Title: How can I set correctly push mail?

Because we got problems with correctly synchronize mails I want set push mail - how can I set it correctly? Any settings?

"Synchronize" and "Push mail" are two different things, technically.

Ok, I set it, but I have now too many connections error (Red exclamation)
