Title: Unread mail not loading on exchange

Based on another thread I was able to load some emails after changing the message views to 30 days..... However any new mails continue to have the same issue....

What is the permanent solution?...

I meant to say messages to sync setting temporarily fixed the issue.... But it does not stick

What do you mean by "not loading"? What is "the issue"?

Can you please try to rephrase so it's more clear and detailed?
