I recieve my own mails in plain text format sent from PC outlook. But if I send from mobile it appears as rich or HTML as well. Also, from other outlooks I recieve rich or HTML as well. CAn anybody help me about this?

You did not tell what you want to achieve.
Most reasonable programs can be configured for the message format: plain text or HTML (and often HTML means two parts: text and HTML). In some programs (e.g. Thunderbird) you can choose for each message individually (if HTML is not disabled by default), or have it conditional on the recipient.
To configure this in Aquamail: Settings -> Composing and sending -> Rich vs. plain text.

Well, this question is likely addressed to "the team which puts great effort in developing, testing and supporting the app."

No I don't think this question is addressed there (I did click the link you provided, @mikeone).
Please try turning off Outlook's usage of its own mail message format, winmail.dat
https://www.google.com/search?q=outlook+turn+off+winmail.dat
This is a proprietary Microsoft specific format. Most apps will show you a blank message and a winmail.dat as an attachment (for which you'll need a separate app).
Aqua is able to show the content of these winmail.dat files, but only plain text, not formatted text (which also uses a Microsoft specific format).
That's just my guess.
