Is it possible to schedule the sending of a particular email as one can do in Outlook?

Yes, this is possible:
-> Message composing screen -> three dots button -> Send later (1st item) -> to choose an exact send time: :Radio button 'Other' / NEXT -> Set the desired date / Next -> Set the desired time / OK -> done

Remark:
Also great for privacy as the message sits in [Drafts] folder before sending through the mail server.  8)

@mikeone. Thanks so  much. Of course I'm now cringing as I'm at a loss to know how I missed something so obvious.  :(
