Title: Email address GAL searching

When I type an email address it looks in our Exchange address list- this is ok.

But...

It offers all the possible email addresses assigned to that mailbox. We have to have these, its just how its setup but for each person it offers as much as 4:

e.g,

joe.bloggs@acme.com
joe.bloggs@acme-uk.com
joe.bloggs@acme-ltd.com
and so on.

Send to any of these addresses will receive in Joe's mailbox.

Can you set it to only see the default and primary (I believe it is bold in Exchange Server options under 'Email Addresses')



Not a problem for me, but want to avoid confusion for our users.

Exchange GAL searches can return more than one email address per contact - and Aqua shows them all.

In the general case, they could be different (although still for same "person").

I believe Gmail only shows the "main" email address. Sorry there is no setting in Aqua to make it do that too.

Add what, "show one email address per GAL entry only"?

To only show the primary SMTP address for that contact in Exchange?
