Title: How do I tell individual email account to either load pictures auto or not?

I am pretty sure there is an option when we set up the email, but I can not find where after the email has been set up.

You will find this option(s) in the Account-specific settings:
-> long-press on account name -> Options and folders -> Preload

Yes, you will be able to set lots of per-account, e.g. an individual signature, so that each account can have a different signature (corporate / personal / etc.):

1) long-press an account in the main window
2) choose “Options and folders”, then “Composing and Sending”.
3) The signature setting is on the next screen.
