Title: Have bought a new phone how do I transfer emails to new phone.

I have bought a new phone, have installed Aquamail on new phone, logged in on new phone, however due to the size of my email account inbox, I am forced to delete most emails from server, however all the emails are there in my Aquamail app on the old phone, just not on the account server. Is there anyway of backing up or copying these emails from my old device to transfer to new device?
