Title: how to set AquaMail for manual sync only

Hello.

I've just installed AquaMail and I've got a bit lost around those infinitive settings.

I want to sync it only manually from phone Settings menu/Account. There, the automatic sync is off but sometimes I go there (with Macrodroid actually) and sync all my accounts.
So, in AquaMail/Settings/Incoming mails I've System setting = watch (? the first option), Schedule Sync disable, Push mail disable and Event type = None, but when I sync it from phone Settings/Account/Sync now I don't get any error but I don't get the new emails on AquaMail.
The only way for having them is synchronizing once inside AquaMail.

How do I have to set it?

Aqua Mail's mail sync doesn't work through Android's "sync framework" and so cannot be "driven" from that screen.

You are welcome to try Tasker, Aqua Mail has a built-in plugin which can be used to change app settings or to initiate a mail check (don't know if Macrodroid is a Tasker clone and can use Tasker-compatible plugins...)
