Title: Touchpad mistake Chrome OS

Hello,
When I use "touchpad", the arrow don't work with the adequate item!
I should "clic" fare and aproximaly from the item to work correctly !

What item, where exactly, what happens instead the "work with the adequate item"? What is "the adequate item"?

( puzzled in Moscow )
