Title: New notification icon on home screen - how to remove?

After the latest update, I now have an icon at the top of my phone's main screen that I don't want there. It says "push mail" and lists my mail accounts. When I long-press it, then tap on the "i", it opens a list of notifications, but I can only get rid of the icon by selecting "block all", which I don't think I want. And, I've found no settings in the menus that removes it.

How do I get rid of it? Thanks.

App settings -> look and feel -> turn off "notification icon during sync and push".
