Hi. Is it possible to create a new folder/sub folder within aquamail that will sync to server too?

If you create a folder in Aquamail, it will automatically sync with the server.
To create a folder: from the message list view -> open the "cabinet" in the left top corner (if enabled in the settings) -> Manage folders -> in the top right corner "+".  Alternatively, - in the accounts view long press on the account name -> Options and Folders -> Folders -> "+".

Yes, creating a new folder is possible:
-> long press on account name (to go to the Account-specific settings) -> Options and folders -> Folders -> tap on the "+" icon (on the top right corner) to create a new folder
