Title: Can't send - ErrorItemNotFound

Using AM with an Office365 account.

Trying to send, getting:

Error sending outgoing messages: Error submitting messages: ErrorItemNotFound

Sync issues.local Failures folder is empty.

Please help.

Please try selecting the message and doing "delete immediately" to remove it from the app and the server --

-- and then make a new one to send.
