Title: specific times for sync

I use the app for my work email and manual refresh it to check. however I'm due to start having tuesday mornings off so would like the app to automatically check for emails at that time only

is there a way in the settings, perhaps a work around, to do this?

Um, check mail on Tuesday mornings only or not check mail on Tuesdays mornings and check at all other times?

If its' the latter, you can use "night mode" settings, selecting Tuesday as your "weekend", enabling "shift night mode" to say 10am - 12pm or whatever, and then enabling "turn off scheduled mail checks" (for this "weekend").

Sorry, I am obviously being stupid but how do I set it to check mail on tuesday only?

If "only check mail on Tuesdays" then you'll want to enable "night mode on weekends" for "monday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday and sunday" as your "weekend days" and enable "turn off scheduled checks" (on these "weekend" days).
