Title: Done loading messages

Hello,

I have been getting a notification that says "done loading messages" that appears after I have already read my messages.  I saw a 2014 post about this, but the setting that they refer to does not seem to exist anymore.  How can I turn this off?

3-dot icon-> Settings  -> Look and feel -> Notify about complete operations.
(And there are a few other options related to notifications related to message synchronization.)
