Hello
As much as I try not to change him sound notifications, you change audio file, but is still the default audio listening.
How to change sound notifications?
Thank you.
-
There are two possible places to set a sound:
- Application settings, used for all accounts, unless overriden (below):
App settings -> message notificaitons
- Optional per-account override, just for a specific account:
Long press the account on the app's main screen -> special settings
You'll see checkboxes to override certain app level settings, for this account only
Please check both places. I suspect you've got "special settings" for notifications for this account already, but right now, you're changing app level settings, and so it has no effect on this account.

Thanks for the quick response, I saw the answer at the time, but could not answer.
I have been able to change sound, and put another audio file, but I had to change it when per account, as quickly as it would change the overall audio for all accounts, this option I have not gotten a certain audio file is played, yes that is configured with the name of the audio file, but then does not sound with the audio.

Sorry I'm not very clear -- is it working for you now, or not?
-
Sorry, I do not speak English, I use a translator program.
If you set up the audio in each of the accounts, if it works.
If the audio I put it in the general settings for all accounts from Settings> Notifications message, that does not sound audio.

Hi,
In this case you need to disable the 'specific (notification) seettings' on account level:
[for each account separate]
> long press on account name > Special settings > Message notifications (second item) > turn the button on the right to the left (so the color will be grayed out)
