Title: Action tray in smart folder

Hi
I am moving to a new nexus 5 phone running stock 5.1.1. I'm having trouble finding the setting that will let me see at the bottom of the smart folder screen the option bar (see attached). I've looked everywhere and just can't find it. Instead I have a "floating" vertical option bar I can't move. When I unselect the option for the vertical bar, it disappears but the bottom bar does not appear.

How do I restore the bottom option bar?

I think there was also a way to select what appears in it. If so, how do I do that?

As far as I know this option is only available in the composing window:

> Settings > Composing and sending > disable the option "Buttons at the top"

Remark:
Not available if you are using the new theme 'Material Design' on Android 5.0(+)

Thank you Mikeone. You solved it.
AM had defaulted to material design in the new phone which is 5.1.1. Once I unselected material design, the bottom bar reappeared!

I wanted to thank you but tapatalk is not giving me that option.....
