Title: Message notifications after android lollipop update

Good morning

I'd set up for coloured message notifications to appear when new email arrived - different colours that matched the colours I've assigned to the accounts. Since updating my phone's OS to lollipop, I just get 1 white icon and can't see the option in settings to change this.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you both for the reply. I now get 2 or 3 (I have 3 email accounts) white icons which makes no sense now that they're not coloured. Is it possible to change a setting so that I just get 1 notification icon even if there are new emails in more than one account?

IMO, it's still useful to have multiple icons -- if you swipe down to expand the notifications, each has a "subtitle" with the account name.

However, you can have a single (combined) icon if you enable: app settings -> smart folder -> "use for notifications".

The smart folder is what I called the app's "unified inbox".

The setting mentioned by @mikeone is for something else.
