Title: Show 'Other folders' in 2-pane UI view

Hiya,

I very much like a 'traditional' folder structure and can get AquaMail to show either the main screen (att. 01), the folder menu by dragging it from the side (att.02) or folders and mails by using the 2-pane UI view (att.03). The issue I'm having is that there appears to be no option to access the 'other folders' sub menu when in 2-pane UI view (no long-press options or anything else).

Am I missing something, is it possible and, if not, is this something you may add in the future.

PS - Liking AM a lot so far and I've been using K9 for ages.

There is:

Long press the account -> options and folders -> account options, scroll almost to the bottom -> enable "Show Other folders"...

Since "real estate" on phone sized screens is limited, this is a per-account option.

I have it enabled for two and disabled for 3 other accounts.
