Title: How do I get an Action Bar/Refresh Icon in my Smart Folder?

I had this on my old phone but can't work out how to do it on my new phone.  At the bottom of the Smart Folder there is a bar with Refresh, Compose, Search (and something else which I never use).  Thanks.

I assume your new phone has Android 5.0 or newer.

The icon bar is now at the top, and the space there is very limited.

Consider:

1 - Doing "pull to refresh" (swipe down on the smart list)

OR

2 - App settings -> look and feel -> theme -> light (NOT "material design") and then turn off "Floating Action Bar" on the same screen. This will restore the buttons to the bottom.
