Title: Add to Calendar option missing after new install

Love this app! I recently transferred to a new device, and can't figure why the "add to calendar" menu selection disappeared. This was such a handy feature - Would love to get this fixed right away!

- Using Galaxy Note 5, Android 5.1.1, with Exchange Online Calendar. (Office 365 for Business)
- ("Add to Calendar" option is not present when selecting stock Calendar as well).

Some additional information should be helpful:

• which device manufacturer
• which Android version
• which calendar app are you using (stock or third-party, which one)

When viewing a message, it's in the menu (three dots, below the message): Copy/Send/Share/Print -> Send to Calendar.

Thank you. I'm aware of where it should be as I used it regularly before switching devices =)

As of now, I see: "Reply to all" (at the very top), and "Previous" (at the very bottom) of the list -- no Copy/Send/Share/Print -> Send to Calendar as an option.  Note: I confirmed Exchange Calendar was set to Sync under Account Settings.

Here are all available options.

Reply to all
Forward
Reply (as new)
Reply (clean)
Forward (anonymous)
Forward (to starred)
Find...
Mark Unread
Mark with star
View
Move to Spam
Delete Now

Look for share menu just besides three dots

Please check if the "Share button" (Copy./Send/Share/Print) is available in the app's settings:

> go to Account list > Menu (three dots) > Settings > Message view > scroll down to "Customize the buttons" (on the end of the first section "General")
