Title: Exchange: Recurring appointments disappearing from phone

This is an Exchange account, syncing both email and Calendar.
LG Nexus 5X, Android Marshmallow 6.0.1, AquaMail  Pro 1.6.0.11

In my Outlook Calendar I have, among others, a recurring appointment
at 9 AM every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Last Wednesday and again today, shortly after the appointment started,
that appointment and most of my future recurring appointments in that
account disappeared from the phone Calendar. The non-recurring appointments
were not affected. Outlook was not affected either, the appointments were
still all there on the server.

I created two new appointments in the Outlook Calendar, one recurring
and one non-recurring. The non-recurring appointment showed up on
the phone at the next sync. The recurring appointment did not.

I continued playing with the Outlook Calendar to see whether I could
see a pattern or something. At some point I did something, I'm not sure
what, could've been deleting one of the test appointments, and everything
returned to normal. This played out the same way both times (Wed. and Fri.)

I will try to capture logs if/when it happens next time. In the meantime,
I'm posting this in case it brings something to mind. If you have additional
things that you would like me to do/try to assist the debugging process,
please advise.

Hi mikeone,

Yes, as I said above I will try to capture logs when it happens.
I am looking for further hints or ideas. For example, should I log
only raw data, or would logging database data also be helpful in
this case.

I am also adding new "test" appointments to my Outlook Calendar
to make the problem happen at a more convenient time for debugging
than when I am in the middle of a meeting.

This is a critical problem for me. So I'm trying to do as much as
I can to find out what is the issue as quickly as possible.

I have reproduced at least some parts of the problem and sent logs and additional info.
