Title: Version 1.6.1-dev4.4 - "work in progress"
Post by: Kostya Vasilyev on February 05, 2016, 11:20:02 pm
https://www.aqua-mail.com/download/AquaMail-market-1.6.1.0-dev4.4.apk

---

+ Address validation on the compose screen (apparently missing since 1.5.9, oh horrors !!!), please let me know if you see something bad

@julio --

How's that "white screen" thing, still happening?

Have you turned off app settings -> contacts -> ignore case?

---

+ Проверка адресов на экране написания писем (исчезла ещё в версии 1.5.9, ужас !!!!), дайте знать если что-то будет не так.

Kostya my friend...

I have used it now for one day and NO white screen has appeared yet, and all the contact photos show.
And yes...I turned of the "ignore case" option.

Kostya, nothing seemed missing before this dev build. Could you please give some details?
Hi Paris Geek,
Before this build there was no check whether a full email address was specified in the recipient line before sending a message.
("@" and ".com", ". fr")

No checking for absence of _legitimate_ addresses

Yep, so you could enter "A" and press Send and it would try to and fail when talking to the mail server, or a contact group name (not valid) and it'd do the same... Actually happened.
