Title: Dark theme inconsistency

When you choose "dark theme with light message", only the messages I'm reading are light. If I reply to an email or create a new one, the email is dark like the theme. Is that intentional? Shouldn't the body of any email be light if I choose this theme option?

Which one?

Quoted message "panel" does observe "light on dark" (if not, please let me know).

The new message area is, well, it's a text editor, and it uses standard Android styling, which is dark background since Android 3.0 (used to be white).

I have tried flipping the colors, but the cursor (the caret, the blinking bar) stays the wrong color and becomes completely invisible on some devices.
