Title: Newest build hides all my contacts
Post by: rgraff on January 08, 2016, 07:13:31 am
I installed build 1. 0. 6. 8 today and once I did, I could no longer see my contacts. For instance, when I went into my phone, all I saw were previously dialed numbers, not associated with the names of the people. Similarly, when I went into my contacts, there were no names in there. All of this worked fine prior to installing this new build. And all of the contact information comes back if I uninstall AquaMail. How can I fix this, or revert to the previous version of the app?

I have a Hwawei MT2L03 with Android 4.3. I've been using Aqua mail for about a year with no problem.

Thanks!

Would you please describe your device (manufacturer, model, etc.) and your ROM (custom, cyanogen, etc.) ?

...and what do you mean with "... when I went into my phone," vs. "Similarly, when I went into my contacts,"?
> you mean using the Phone's 'Cointact app'? (stock ore a third party app > which one, please name it) ?

Issue solved by cleaning 500 Megabytes of "temporary files" from the phone.

We'll never know what the connection was.

( everybody knows that Windows is "buggy and just barely works", but Android is "magical"... LOL )
