When i read an email i see that it takes screen space and i want to remove it

You can disable this option in Settings:
> Settings > Message view > scroll to section "Navigation" > uncheck "Show positions"
However, this option could be useful when "Conversation view" and "Swiping" are enabled:
It's to inform the reader where he is within the conversation and prevent swiping out accidentally, not blocking the reader from swiping "out", but it's helpful to know when the edges of a conversation (start /end) has been reached.

That is why i love apps that you can configure as you like.
Those app are the ones which will last forever
And that is why i use firefox because of the customization
You can not update an app and remove something from previous versions because there are people who were using it. You need to have options for everyone. Not like samsung, every year is removing things like battery removable or sd card slot or fm radio couple years ago. If they keep that road we will see
