First off, I love this application for email to my Galaxy s6 Edge. The problem that I'm having though is that I have hundreds of folders in Outlook, which are synced with Office 365 (we use exchange for email). When someone that emails me that has a rule attached to their email address (ie; mike@...> send to folder 'Mike') - it's not showing as an unread message in Aquamail. In fact, it's not even pulling the email into AM folders at all - it seems to be ignoring this all together.
So in short, any email sent to a pre-determined folder is not syncing with AM - again, using office 365 for email.
I'm assuming I'm not the only one having issues with this as this is a huge problem for me. I'm missing important emails when I'm not in my office on a daily basis. Please help... thank you!

I am not using Exchange myself, so, I don't know all details of EWS implementation in Aquamail, but I'd expect you need to configure to sync individual folders -- those that you wish to "watch" (i.e. where incoming mail is filtered into).
Read "How do I access server side folders?" in the FAQ that explains how to do this.

Yes, please see the FAQ -- by default, AquaMail only checks the Inbox and the three special folders.
Others can be set to sync (when the app will check them same as Inbox and those three) or not, in which case a folder can be opened "as needed", but it won't sync automatically.

PS - but hundreds of folders? this is going to be trouble.

Can you please provide me a link or instructions to do this? Thanks for your help!
