Hi,
I use server side filtering on my IMAP server to move unimportant messages to a subfolder "unimportant" and keep important ones in my inbox.
I have setup Aqua Mail to notify me whenever a new mail arrives in inbox or in the unimportant folder.
Is there any way to get only notifications for my inbox onto my Android Wear watch and not for the unimportant folder?
So what I basically want is different notification behaviour on my phone and on my watch.

No, watch notifications mirror the host device's notifications (which in turn include any messages set "to sync").
What you may want to do is mark "unimportant" as your "archive" folder (in the account's options and folders -> folders). Archive folders don't trigger notifications (anywhere).

I already have another archive folder, I guess you can only have one, right?

You can have as many folders to "archive", and the first one will be used for "move to archive".

OK, I tried this, but which one is the "first one"? The folders are sorted alphabetically and messages seem to be moved to the second archive folder, but I want the other.
First is my real archive, set to "Archive, don't sync".
Second one (unimportant) is set to "Archive with sync" and IMAP push is enabled.

This will pick the "archive with sync" as the folder for "archive this message" command, which is not what you want.
Sorry I still don't have a proper solution for this (setting a folder to sync & no notifications).
