Title: Exchanged Share Mailbox issue
Post by: hepworthd on November 12, 2015, 11:04:09 pm
I had setup an exchange shared mailbox, initially I was able to receive emails and such, everything looked good.  I attempted to send from and had issue, not a big issue, however, I removed the draft of the failed message, and found that I can no longer refresh the account.  I have removed, packed and restarted my phone, and then added the account again, to get the same failed message below:'

'Error synchronizing mail Message is missing on the server: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable.'

What is this, and how do I correct this?

I have 2 other account working already, and don't really want to clear all cache and such from the app.

I really can't say.

No reason to clear the app's data, or uninstall / reinstall -- each account's credentials are stored and used separately.

It is possible that this mail server is temporarily unavailable, just like it says.

It is also possible that the IT people broke something by accident (not like that would be the first time).

In any case, I can only find out more if you capture the issue in the app's debug log (please see below in my signature).
