I'm the IT guy for a small company, and we've had several of our users Email stop working. The inbox shows emails from June 1, July 29th, and a few others. When I refresh, it appears to refresh but then nothing happens. It's also noticable that all of them have exactly 3,000 emails in their inbox, though I don't know if this is significant. So now I have 5-6 users who cannot acceess their email on their phone.
This happened before the update circa 9/29. I downloaded the update and it did not help.

What e-mail provider are you using? By any chance, is it one of Microsoft-provided e-mails (live.com, hotmail.com, etc...)?

If you are using a different provider, including your own servers, - your best bet for a quick and specific response would be to catch a debug log during a sync, and send it to the sole developer of Aquamail, Kostya, -- all this is described here:
