Title: Different notification icon colors?

Hello there,
I have 4 accounts with assigned color to each of them. I want when message arrives notification icon color in status bar to match already assigned.
I've searched options and can't find such an option. Funny thing is that i finally decided to retire my work phone (HTC Desire Z/Vision/G2). On that phone this was working like a charm, but i don't remember how i did it. Help?  :-\

P.S. Current phone running Lollipop 5.0.1, old one was Jelly Bean 4.4.2 and have small icon with proper color in notification drawer

Unfortunately these white "colored" icons are forced by Google with Android 5.x Lollipop.

Well, i'm a lucky guy then, cuz my phone has RGB LED :)

Well, in our previous posts we both "talked" about the on-screen notification icons -  NOT about the LED flashlight.  8)

I recently updated my phone to android 7. Aquamail notification icons are all so white that the app is now irrelevant for me. It sounds like I have google to thank for this? Is this really the case? Is there really no way to get the different collard icons back?
