For some time I cannot connect to my Gmail account using standard way - nonServices one.
I would prefer to stay away from Google Play Services as with it my battery is going down 10%/h when device is not used.
In attachments I added screenshot of what I get when I try to set account.
I enabled less secure apps in Gmail. Password I try is working one (I can login with it using browser).
Device is RK2926 based Android 4.2 tablet.

Let me suggest a few things you can try (if you haven't done so), while you are waiting for Kostya's reply:
I hope you've read the suggestions at the URL included in the server response: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754
You said you've enabled "less secure apps access".
1. By any chance, do you have the 2-step verification enabled? (I remember at some point Gmail was very annoying, nagging to enable that.)
2. I know that when I try to access emails for the first time from a new device or a new geography, I have to log in to Gmail via web browser, and essentially confirm that it was/is a legitimate attempt. Usually there is an e-mail message in my Gmail account about that login attempt. If you have one, - try following instructions in it.
I hope one of these will resolve your problem.

1. No. I've newer usedit. I don't need it, at least now, and thats not my account (however I have access to it and I know that it's owner didn't even know that Google has Settings).
2. I'm getting email when I login using web browser, but not when using Aqua Mial. However will check it again.
Edit: Waited 1 hour and no email.
When I use DisplayUnlockCaptcha I'm getting
"Account access enabled
Please try signing in to your Google account again from your new device or application."
But still gives the same error like in first post.

Google wants you to go to that link (ContinueSignin) that's right there in the error message, and is clickable.
Sometimes their geo-ip messes up (e.g. when I switch between WiFi and mobile, Google thinks I've moved about 50 miles and blocks my account).
