Title: A newbie .......must be so obvious but.....

In FAQs and forums people refer to "App Settings".....ie, contacts, nights/weekends etc.  But for life of me I cant find these options......using a galaxy s5

To find this "App settings" please proceed as follows :
> go to App's main window (account list view) > menu button (three dots icon) - usually on the upper right edge > Settings > here you will find all these different sections like "Contacts", "Night and weekends ", ...
