Title: Consider removing the Sync Symbol in front of Unsent, Sent and Deleted folders

While I clearly understand the reasoning behind having the sync symbol in front of those folders, I believe that from a visual stand point of view their presence does more harm than it helps. For one, the aforementioned folders are treated differently and automatically placed at the end of the list. Secondly, the same symbol placed in front of multiple folders kind of tells the viewer that they are all the same - while clearly they aren't. Thirdly, I don't think that anybody has ever used the syncing feature of a specific folder by actually clicking on those symbols.

The idea of this suggestion is to create a stronger & less confusing visual impact when checking messages, so that the important FOLDERS & MESSAGES are evaluated at the first glance. This is where the eye should have no difficulty whatsoever in finding the info that is looking for and move on.

Have you tried tapping those symbols?

Well, when tapped, it says "Mapped to [folder] on server; it's probably a confirmation of the folder configuration in settings, but other than that do they serve any "active" purpose? As a user do one really needs to be permanently reminded about the mapping choice through these obtrusive symbols?

I felt it was important to differentiate, since the currently released version doesn't support the sync of Sent / Deleted / Unsent for all IMAP servers (the UIDPLUS requirement).

Not that this dependency has been removed, I'll consider removing the icons...

Probably it would be sufficient to just have the above note included somewhere in the FAQ, so everybody would be made aware about this current limitation, however I don't feel those symbols are necessary.

Well, overall, I agree about the symbols. The UIDPLUS dependency is removed for 1.2.0.5, so in 0.6 there should be no reason anymore to keep the symbols.
