Hello,
I'm a satisfied AM Pro user from more than 1 year. I used with IMAP / Pop3 with no problems.
I've moved from imap server to OVH Exchange server 2013 and I've noticed that the app does not sync all folders.
I know have a lot of folders and sub-folders but AM stops listing them after a fixed number (I suppose)
I can not say how many folders are in the account, I have mails from 1997 -> today grouped by year / Subject / etc each year
Do you have a solution for this? I've tried to install official Outlook APP and I can see all folders / also with my PC - thunderbird I can sync all folders
I've tried to install the new AM version 1.5.7.1 but I have the same issue.
Can I provide you some other info / test / logs?

There appears to be an issue specific to Exchange / EWS -- the "get folders" command can only return about 1200 folders at most.
That number seems very high to me personally, but I've seen it in one user's log already... is your account in that ballpark?

Yes it is possible It's me.
I've checked and it stops showing folders after 1000 "other" folders.
I've not included standard folders like Inbox, Sent, Trash, etc.
Is it possible to solve this issue?
I've all my mails from 1997 -> now there and every year is divided in multiple folders ... like a file / folder archive and it stops at middle 2010 now .... so off course all my archive is bigger, now, is about 1600 folders and will grow next months and years (I have a 50Gb mail storage, used only for 4Gb)

The issue with the app "losing" Inbox, Deleted, Sent, Drafts was solved at some point -- the 1.5.7 versions do have the fix.
As to being able to show "all" folders -- not sure.
I send a command that says "give me the folder list" and get truncated results (confirmed by a user's log)...

Inbox, Deleted, Sent, Drafts are OK, the issue is only in Other Folders.
Can I do something from my app to hel you (log, test, ...)
Here I've found some usefull info

I've added a space before .aspx, please remove the space for correct URL (https)
but I don't know if it applies to your app.
Let me know what can I do for you.

Thanks for the link, well, I've seen them all (and it doesn't tell you that e.g. the standard command to get all folders is broken on 1und1's Exchange server :) )
I'll try to think of a solution, but I don't have one right now, sorry.
