Can there be an option in compose window to undo,  redo  button.  When I edit message while replying or forwarding,  many time accidently I happen to delete the text,  manly due to interupting popping up of soft key board.  This will be functionally a very useful feature,  as it can save us from lots of trouble,  which are frequent due to accidental delete.  Thanks


I second that! Should've been available since it's creation   ::)

Any progress on this matter? A missing unified system-wide support for undo/redo operations for text input on Android is maybe the most egregious shortcoming of the platform, but while Google seemingly can't be bothered, a per-application support would make the life so much easier for us, users.

BTW, restricting this feature to the Pro version would be a good incentive to buy the key  ;-)
