Title: Sync same email on two units

I have Aquamail installed on my Android phone and on my Samsung tablet. The same POP e-mail account is configured on both but when I deleted the messages in the deleted boxes it does erase them in the second unit. I was able the sync them at all time with K9, do I have the wrong setup ?

I believe you need to use IMAP connection.  IMAP is two-way updates, the deletes get pushed back up to the server and should reach the second unit.  POP-3 does only one way updates (downloads).  Not absolutely sure of this, but I recommend you research the differences between IMAP and POP.
